Meet the Lingfield Grooming team

Chelle

Despite carving an impressive career in Social care, Chelle realised early on in life that she much prefers dogs. So after many years of being a qualified canine behaviourist she decided to focus her efforts on helping our furry best friends look their best! With cuts just as impressive as her celeb filled CV!

City & Guilds level 2&3 qualified gaining a distinction in both, she is also now undertaking her ICMG too!  Chelle specialises in Poodle and wool coated breeds. Her favourite cut is the modified continental and loves nothing more than being asked to "Poodle a Doodle" however she does have a soft spot for a nice tight terrier trim too!

As a lifelong big dog owner Chelle's breed of choice is the Cane Corso. But having recently lost her boy to an aggressive cancer, she is left with her two rescue girls. A wire haired dachshund that she painstakingly handstrips regularly and an English Bulldog.

When not scissoring away in the salon Chelle is out visiting dog shows and grooming competitions, hoping to bring back those red ribbons for us to display in the salon.

She looks forward to meeting you and your furry friends.

Beky

Beky is our very own Northern light. Forever smiling and looking glam even when elbow deep in de shed, she exudes sunshine.

Having spent many years caring for horses and running successful equine related businesses, Beky trained at Plumpton college to gain her City & Guilds levels 2 and 3 in dog grooming.

It was clear from the beginning that Handstripping was Becky's forte and she still loves it. Creating magnificent show grooms or just removing blown out coats, Beky is no happier than stripping out dead coat.

When she's not pampering lucky pooches Beky can be found at the pony races watching her jockey daughter competing.
Having so much equine experience means that no dog is too big or small for Beky. From shar-pei to shih tzu, Pomeranian to Great Pyranese Beky loves them all.
