Say hello to Michelle, the heart and soul behind our grooming salon! A lifelong dog lover and qualified canine behaviourist, Michelle swapped boardrooms for barkrooms after a successful career in social care—deciding (quite wisely, we think) that dogs are just better company than humans!
With her City & Guilds qualifications proudly under her belt and her sights now set on achieving her ICMG certification, Michelle brings a rare blend of professionalism, passion, and puppy-whispering magic to the salon floor. Her calm, confident approach puts even the wiggliest of pups at ease—she truly speaks dog.
Michelle’s mission? To create a grooming experience that’s as stress-free and enjoyable for dogs as possible. Whether your pup is a showstopper or a scruffy sofa-surfing sweetheart, she treats every client like canine royalty.
With a warm smile, an encyclopedic knowledge of dog behaviour, and a soft spot for four-legged friends of all shapes and sizes, Michelle has created more than just a grooming salon—she’s built a second home for dogs (and their humans, too… we suppose!).

Eleanor
If you’ve ever wondered who’s behind those perfectly sparkling clean paws, look no further than Eleanor! As the daughter of the salon’s owner, grooming is in her blood—but don’t let that fool you. She’s earned her stripes (and her fur-covered clothes) with years of hands-on experience and a heart full of puppy love.
When she’s not pampering pooches, Eleanor’s out at the stables with her other beloved animals—her six horses! A passionate equestrian, she spends her free time trotting through fields, perfecting her jumping form, and pretending she’s in a Hallmark movie.
Emily has a special place in her heart for spaniels—those soulful eyes, those floppy ears, that personality! In fact, she admits she loves dogs more than people… and honestly, who can blame her?
With a cheerful spirit, a soft spot for slobbery kisses, and a brush always at the ready, Eleanor makes every dog feel like top dog. Whether your pup’s in for a quick wash or the full VIP treatment, they’re in paws-itively good hands!
